Day 1 & 2
8th day
Lucerne, the 'high-tech', 'meant for artwork' city offers local flower, fruit, vegetable vendors a nice space on weekends!
Moving towards Mt. Pilatus, at 10,000 feet height.
This cogwheel train can take a not so acute sounding angle i.e., 48 degrees.
From the cable car, looking at the Lucerne region!
State of the art cable-car network. Some of the roads you see down there have magic belts i.e., an innovative transport mechanism for the locals to move up the hill. They can also slide down the sliders which are also present! I would have loved to do that myself, but for the lack of time...
7th day
Mt Titlis -- IceFlyer chair lift. Don't ask why this name.. but it surely is a chilling experience for the warm-hearted!
Lucerne, in the evening. Look at the glorious Church, the serene lake and the innovative wooden bridge!
You can spend the whole day mystified by the presence of so many things in that small world of its own!
IceFlyer chair lift station -- which gives access to the glacier play park, mainly for Skiing and Snowboarding. But, there are a lot of toys which wouldn't look like toys when you try them out! Speedy!
Mt. Titlis glacier play park!
All smiles Pooja and the neverending landscape! Gorgeously picturesque, I would like to add!

6th day
On our way to Lucerne, from Interlaken!
Countryside!
Lucerne, by the river, old style transport!
Look at the horses!
15th Century wall in Lucerne! Magnifique!
My kind of city! Lakeside restaurants, sitting areas, fruit, juice vendors, sunshine, swans, flowers, cool weather, Picasso's museum on the right side, an old Church, a wooden bridge, a look at the oldest clock in the town, piers, main train station, main bus station, a 15th century wall and it towering towers.... Lucerne!
